Accounting and payroll from Hogia in one place
Hogia OpenBusiness and Hogia OpenHR Lön are connected separately, so you only connect what the company has. From OpenBusiness, Fintower reads vouchers, customer and supplier invoices, the chart of accounts, dimensions and projects. From OpenHR Lön, it reads employees, salaries and pay types, even if the books are kept in another system such as Fortnox. The company uses the same API key for both, found in OpenBusiness under Inställningar (Settings) → Integrationer → API-nyckel; with only OpenHR Lön, Hogia's support provides it. Hogia Lön and Hogia Lön Plus (on-prem) have no API and can't be connected. Fintower only reads; nothing is written back to Hogia.
