AI Protection

Active

Your financial data is never used to train AI models, ours or any provider's.

We explicitly prohibit training on customer data.
All AI processing runs on dedicated enterprise endpoints with no-retention policies.
Prompts and responses are stored only temporarily to enable conversation context

GDPR Compliant

Active

All data is processed and stored within the EU under GDPR, with a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Hosted on EU-based infrastructure (Ireland), no data transfer to third countries.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA) included automatically with every plan.
Records of processing activities published and continuously maintained.
Right to erasure, data portability, and access, always available directly in the product or via support.

SOC 2 Type II

In progress, Q4 2026

We're undergoing an independent SOC 2 Type II audit. Expected completion Q4 2026.

Active observation window started with an accredited third-party auditor.
Controls already in place: access logs, change management, incident response, MFA.
Regular penetration testing by independent security experts (most recent: 2026 Q1).
Quarterly internal security reviews and an annual risk assessment.
